Like Tarot, I had not experienced Reiki with anyone before Sally. And the experience can only really be put into words like this:
I live 6000 miles away from Sally. We had a short phone call, she sent me a piece of music she told me to play and I laid down on my bed, honestly thinking before it started that there was no way this would work from so far away and I’d just tell her it was amazing regardless.
The experience turned out to be an intense, physical, spiritual healing. I got extremely warm and felt myself vibrating. I had strange half asleep dreams. I felt my arms outstretched but i knew they were resting on my chest.
It was completely bonkers. But possibly the greatest relaxation tool I’ve ever experienced and the fact that it can be experienced that intensely from half way around the world really says to me that it must channel the divine in some way since, I honestly cannot explain it any other.
